doble flip y doble lutz

I'm from Portugal, so I hope you can understand my question. Soy patinadora, and I stopped for 4 weeks becouse I and an injurie. Before beeing stopped, I could do doble flip and double lutz without any difficulty..But now I can do these jumps! I can't do the complete rotation, and I fall with two foot...Can you help me? I have the "Campeonato Nacional" the next week, and I need to do these jumps well.. Need your help!! thank you, and I hope you can understand everyrhing, because my English is not the better.
